They require an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next steps of progression in their career, to join their team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • End to end management of 150 properties
  • Arrears management, ensuring you are adhering to their zero arrears policy
  • Tenant sign ups and move in preparations
  • Lease renewals and rent reviews
  • Business Development and Leasing is taken care of for you
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer care with Landlords and Tenants alike
  • Prepare and attend tribunal hearings where necessary
The right candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum 12 - 18 months experience in a Property Management role 
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • QLD Certificate of Registration to work within Real Estate
  • An attitude for career and team growth
  • Exceptional attention to detail
