We are currently recruiting for a shopping centre manager to manage the largest shopping centre in Northern NSW directly for the owner.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of the shopping centre including but not limited to; tenant inquires; weekly and monthly reporting; rent reviews and renewals; preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews; manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owner's vision for success.

To be successful for this role, you will have:
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in a Centre Manager managing a large shopping centre
  • OR a Retail Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or Marketing Manager that has strong experience in shopping centre management wanting to step up and run their own centre
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of financial acumen
  • Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
  • A positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference
You will be a well-rounded individual that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations. You will be a team player and leader who is passionate about retail property, has the ability to think outside the square and wants to make a difference.
