Iconic Recruit are searching for an experienced and qualified Human Resource Manager to join a highly progressive Body Corporate company located within Brisbane's inner Western suburbs.  This company are specialists in so many facets of Body Corporate, with multiple awards and a great reputation in the marketplace across Queensland. They are a company who pride themselves on their people and retention of team members, knowing that this makes all the difference to performance.
Due to business growth and further opportunity, a newly created position has become available to manage all tasks HR related for the business. You will be joining a business with the utmost updated systems, processes and software's in place which will allow you to do your role to the best of your ability.  

  • Provide HR advice in regards to Salary, leave and institute policies and conditions of employment
  • Oversee and facilitate functions in relation to the recruitment, selection and appointment processes
  • Manage leave applications
  • Managing staff engagement and employee well being programs
  • Working with Team managers to identify and resolve issues within offices
  • Supporting continuous improvement practices
  • Data management
  • Provide operational and administrative support in all areas

  • Relevant tertiary qualification 
  • Previous experience within a HR Generalist / HR Advisor role
  • Self starter within a strong sense of initiative and problem solving ability
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
