A high profile, award winning Body Corporate company located in the inner west is looking for a competent administrator to provide support to their Accounts & Administration teams as Levy Customer Service Administrator. They are a forward thinking, technologically advanced, systemised office and to succeed in this position you will have a willingness to learn and be a team player. You will be joining a strong group of professionals who are passionate about their work and believe in providing industry leading service to their clients.

  • Part time - 3 days - negotiable 
  • Dealing with a high volume of enquiry via email & phone
  • Walking clients through step by step processes with levies and providing a high level of customer service
  • Following up on overdue notices and following procedures around this to ensure consistency
  • Letter & Mail duties
  • Database management
  • General administrative support to teams
  • Strong administrative experience within Property, Accounts or something similar
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Initiative and independent workflow management
