Our client is a market leading, professional Strata company who are considered employers of choice within the Brisbane market.

As the Administration & Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Strata and management team.

  • Preparing & issuing invoices, tracking & managing payments
  • Ensuring that documentation is accurate 
  • Occasional site visits to properties to gather information
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders & Clients
  • Preparing, issuing and amending weekly reports to Clients
  • Responding to enquiries
  • General administration office duties
  • Working within a team of 4 administration & accounts assistants 
  • A minimum of 2 years office administrator experience, experience within accounts desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Strong officer administration skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and remain focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills without supervision
  • Ability to accurately enter data and maintain information within the systems, allowing for accurate and up to date reporting
