Property Management Assistant - Part Time

Our client has a beautifully presented office located within Brisbane's City fringe. A role has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager who loves to be the support person and wants an administrative based role within Property Management. Working as part of a fast paced, well supported team your days will fly by. 

Further information on the role:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working closely with the Senior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant you will be left to focus on the administrative tasks within a portfolio of 200 properties 
  • Console software used
  • Culture with a great energy, well supported team
  • Great salary on offer with allowances paid
  • Part time position - open to hours
The successful candidate will posses the following:
  • Minimum 12 months experience within Property Management 
  • Real Estate certificate of registration
  • A professional and friendly demeanor
  • Exceptional attention to detail & time management
  • Committed to providing the best possible customer service at all times
