As the Sales Team Leader for this international company, you will guide and support a dedicated team of sales agents as they contact existing customers to upgrade or renew their services, while also managing warm inbound leads and converting them into new customers. Your role will focus on developing your team, building confidence, and driving consistent performance. You’ll create a positive, growth-focused environment where each agent can succeed. This position will have the option to work from home on selected days once you’re fully trained.

The Role

• Manage, Induct, train, and develop new staff to set them up for long-term success
• Drive the team to achieve branch and monthly sales targets
• Ensure staff follow the sales process to maintain quality and consistency
• Conduct daily team huddles and monthly one-on-ones to support performance
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Support to deliver coaching and feedback
• Monitor daily sales results, manage rosters, and maintain a positive, growth-focused culture

The Benefits

• Base Salary $80,000-$95,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Located in either Archerfield or Geebung
• Fully on-site role with the option to be hybrid once fully trained
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with some Saturday work

About You

• Proven experience coaching and leading a sales team, ideally within a call centre environment
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving team performance
• Strong ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
• Confident using Outlook and Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Genesys is highly regarded
• Able to work a rotating Monday-Saturday roster
