As a Call Centre Sales Agent for this International company, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm leads, to convert them into customers. You will be given a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.

The Role

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls in line with easy to meet targets
• Follow the proven sales process to maintain quality and consistency standards
• Transition or upgrade existing customers to the most suitable new services
• Present to new customers and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Obtain and record accurate customer information to ensure a seamless process
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service in every interaction
• Build rapport and establish genuine relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Previous call centre experience in a sales-based role is essential
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team environment
• Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers
• Motivated by targets and providing great customer experiences
• Thrives in a fully on-site office role (with potential for hybrid flexibility next year)
• Organised, adaptable, and ready to have fun while achieving great results
