About the role:

Seeking a Centre Manager that enjoys being hands-on and can utilise their experience for a portfolio of 4 shopping centres in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.

Key responsibilities:
  
Reporting to the owner, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of this shopping centre including but not limited to:

• Tenant inquires
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Rent reviews and renewals
• Preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews
• Managing policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for success

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Centre Manager position is ideal
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of financial acumen
• Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
