We are currently searching for our newest team member – Senior / Recruitment Consultant.

This is a busy and integral role working in a small team ensuring we find the best-fit talent options for our clients.

Duties in this role include:

  • Develop rapport and working relationships with clients by displaying an appreciation of the “ins and outs” of their departments while better understanding their specific hiring specifications
  • Develop and release job postings on all collaboration platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview lifecycle process
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects,
  • Follow up on interview process status, updating the internal database
  • Other ad hoc administration duties, as necessary to be successful in the role.  

The Successful Candidate:

  • Prior experience in recruitment as a consultant or talent manager
    OR
  • Prior experience in sales related role either B2B or B2C
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, goal-focused and results focussed
  • Resilient, tenacious, process driven and self-motivated
  • A genuine interest in people, their motivators and what motivates them
  • Naturally intuitive and a creative problem solver
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency
  • Likes to laugh – a sense of humour is a MUST!
