Iconic Recruit are looking for a Retail Leasing Executive to join an established team, based in Sydney CBD, and play a key role in shaping the retail experience across a small portfolio of shopping centres in NSW.
  
Reporting to the State Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing lease negotiations for new tenancies and renewals with efficiency and attention to detail
• Delivering optimal tenancy mix to enhance centre performance and minimise vacancy rates
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing tenants and potential new retailers
• Strategically overseeing the leasing pipeline to achieve budgeted targets and commercial objectives
• Effectively engaging with a diverse tenant base, from independent “mum and dad” retailers to national brands

  
To be successful in these positions you must have:

• Proven experience in retail leasing with a strong track record of securing and managing tenancies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Skilled in relationship management; able to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Results-driven and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving leasing targets and business outcomes.
