About the Role:
  
Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Retail Marketing Manager to join their Centre Management team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, retailer engagement initiatives, community partnerships, and customer experience strategies across a busy retail asset.
  
Working closely with retailers, contractors, leasing teams, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to driving Centre traffic, supporting retailer performance, assisting with lease compliance, and maintaining a high standard of asset presentation and customer experience.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail marketing, shopping centre management, hospitality, tourism, events, community engagement, customer experience or property management who is looking to further develop their career within a fast paced and collaborative environment.
 
Key Duties:

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and digital marketing initiatives across the Centre
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, community groups, and key stakeholders while supporting retailer engagement and performance initiatives
  • Assist with retailer communications, lease administration processes, retailer onboarding, and monitoring retailer compliance with Centre standards
  • Support customer experience, Centre presentation, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen the Centre’s local presence and brand positioning
  • Assist with the preparation and management of marketing budgets, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, and sundry income initiatives including casual mall leasing activations
  • Monitor campaign performance, retailer feedback, occupancy trends, and competitor activity to support ongoing asset performance and operational objectives

Skills & experience:

  • Previous experience within retail marketing, shopping centre management, property management, or commercial property environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective retailer, contractor, and community relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and administrative processes
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, retailer engagement initiatives, and customer experience programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong reporting, budgeting, and property administration capabilities
