About the role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Manager to join an acclaimed commercial property agency, based in Brisbane CBD. 

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible of the overall performance and property management of a portfolio of mixed-use assets and supported by a Commercial Property Manager. 

Duties:

  • Ensure a high level of delivery in tenancy management
  • Deliver leasing strategies for both existing and prospective tenants
  • Overseeing building matters and maintaining strong tenant relationships
  • Repairs, maintenance and arrears management 
  • Ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of the property portfolio

The skills and experience required for this role: 

  • 8+ years property management experience across all asset classes 
  • A current QLD salesperson licence 
  • Leadership skillsets and the willingness to mentor
  • Experience using Cirrus8 will be advantageous
  • well-honed negotiation skills and the ability to work autonomously
