As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of your own client portfolio and play a key role in promoting premium Management and Leadership development solutions. Based in stunning CBD offices, this full-time role offers career growth, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment.
 
The Role

  • Lead proactive outbound sales activities, connecting with new and existing clients in a small contact centre environment
  • Manage your own portfolio of businesses and professionals, nurturing long-term relationships
  • Uncover client needs through strong discovery and recommend tailored learning and development solutions
  • Drive campaign execution, tele-appointing, and CRM management (Salesforce) to maximise opportunities
  • Work closely with a supportive team to achieve both personal and team sales targets

  • $75,000 + Super + uncapped commissions, with an OTE of $100K

About You

  • A rising star with high energy and proven telesales success
  • Experience in selling online courses is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Strong business development and solution selling skills
  • Able to lead conversations, build trust, and uncover client needs
  • Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent communicator, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Driven, resilient, and passionate about career growth
