This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to gain broad experience across retail centres and development precincts, backed by a supportive, experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity
  
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Property Manager assisting with the day-to-day operations of a portfolio. You’ll be part of a collaborative and well-supported environment, with strong admin and financial teams behind you allowing you to focus on learning, developing, and building great relationships.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and contractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure presentation, safety, and compliance
  • Assist with lease compliance, arrears monitoring, and general tenancy issues
  • Coordinate minor maintenance and help manage service providers
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and property documentation
  • Attend property inspections with prospective tenants
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members

What You’ll Bring

  • Real Estate Salesperson Licence (QLD) – required
  • Current Driver’s Licence – essential
  • 1 -2 years prior experience in property management (Residential, Commercial or Retail)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
