As a Claims Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding warranty services. You will manage end-to-end warranty claims processes, ensuring timely resolutions, high-quality service, and strong customer satisfaction
The Role
- Processing warranty claims and invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and empathetic manner
- Booking repairs, ordering parts, and coordinating service agents
- Providing clear guidance to consumers, service agents, and contractors on warranty procedures
- Training service agents and ensuring compliance with warranty processes
- Preparing and maintaining reports on warranty claims and related activities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
- Answer a high volume of calls and manage the customer email inbox

- A bubbly and upbeat personality with exceptional communication skills
- Proven expertise in customer service, with a knack for de-escalation and conflict resolution
- Empathetic, resilient, and an excellent problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong report-writing skills
- Experience in warranty claims or insurance processes welcomed
- A solid understanding of air conditioning systems (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
