The Role

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of residential and commercial sales opportunities
  • Interpret plans and specifications to quote accurately and win work
  • Visit sites as needed to confirm scope and strengthen customer relationships
  • Handle the full sales cycle from estimating through to closing deals
  • Use V6 software and CRM systems (like Salesforce) to manage quotes and pipeline
  • Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets while delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Be mentored by industry experts who will support your technical and career development

The Benefits

  • $70,000-$90,000 + Super (depending on experience) & Fortnightly Pay
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm – no weekends

About You

  • Experience in windows and doors sales highly regarded but not essential
  • Open to candidates from steel or broader trades backgrounds with a technical mindset
  • Confident, curious, and solutions-focused approach to technical sales
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and take off quantities
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or V6 software is highly advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable managing your own workload, pipeline, and hitting revenue targets
  • Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career
