The Opportunity
  
In this role, you’ll be supporting the commercial property team with the day-to-day operations of a portfolio. You’ll be part of a collaborative and well-supported environment.
  
The business is committed to internal growth, and this role offers a clear pathway to Property Management for the right person.
  
Duties

  • Support the property and leasing team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, property inspections, and team calendars
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, lease paperwork, and routine reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for communication with tenants, owners, and service providers
  • Oversee the setup and tracking of property campaigns across online platforms
  • Keep CRM databases up-to-date with accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to general office operations and provide additional support as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an organised and methodical approach
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing tasks effectively
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and a range of digital platforms
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management abilities
  • Experience in property or real estate is a plus, but not a must
  • A valid driver’s licence is desirable for occasional travel between sites
