Duties:

• Day to day management of industrial assets
• Financial Management including annual budget preparation and audits, tenant arrears, monthly accruals, accounts payable monthly/quarterly reporting
• Manage critical dates (lease options, expiry dates, bonds
• Work with the leasing team on tenant retention and strategies for new leases
• Cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Experience as a commercial/industrial property manager
• High level of financial acumen
• Can manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and immaculate personal presentation
