About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to join a well-established, supportive and collaborative team within a respected property group. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a single asset with potential to expand the portfolio over time.
  
This role would suit an experienced Administration Manager or Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Centre Manager position with a business that truly invests in its people.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting
• Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational risks, whilst maintaining high presentation standards

Skills and experience required for this role

• Experience in shopping centre operations is essential, ideally as a Centre Manager, Retail Manager or Admin Manager
• NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
