As a Senior Health Insurance Advisor, you’ll engage with hot outbound leads in a consultative, relaxed approach, as customers have already agreed to a review – no dialler system. You’ll perform a needs analysis and provide tailored health insurance solutions that best fit their circumstances. With uncapped commission, top-tier training, and a premium office environment, this is your chance to join a growing company and take your sales career to the next level.
 
The Role

  • Manage outbound calls to hot leads who have already expressed interest in switching or reviewing their health insurance
  • Perform a needs analysis to understand the customer needs so you can sell them a new policy to better suit their current health insurance needs
  • Utilize cutting edge systems and work with Zoho, Aircall, Google Meets and Gmail to manage customer interactions effectively
  • Fast track your success with one-week extensive in-house training with the co-founder to get you selling quickly
  • Follow quality assurance checklists to make sure you are complaint on your calls

  • $70,000-$100,000 package + uncapped commissions

  • Have experience in health insurance sales and thrives in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • A resilient and adaptable person who understands commission-based sales and is eager to maximise their earnings
  • Always showing signs of willingness to learn and keeping up with industry knowledge and trends
  • A confident and upbeat person who likes to have fun and bring their personality to work
  • A team player with strong negotiation skills
  • Must enjoying working in the office full-time surrounded by a high performing and supportive team
