About the Role: 

An exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded local property company as Assistant Property Manager.

They are looking for proactive and organized individual to support their Property Managers in the smooth running of their portfolio. In this key role, you’ll help drive team performance while fostering strong relationships with tenants.

Duties:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management business
• Provide direct communication with and assistance to tenants
• Respond directly and immediately to property-related issues as they arise
• Monitor and review budgets as directed by the Property Managers
• Update Tenants & Contractors on relevant property matters
• Raise Work Order (WO) and induct Contractors
• Review and monitor Cirrus8 forms, lease audits and carpark management
• Assist the Property Manager/s in notifying tenants of their arrears and manage any
• Debt recovers collection processes with legal team in accordance with the Client’s
• directive and instructions
• Recommend actions regarding tenants, vacancy or other items to the Property
• Manager/s, seek direction and implement directives

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Must have retail experience
• Must have drivers’ licence and own vehicle for site inspections
