As a Branch Manager with a plumbing supplies company in growth mode, you’ll treat the role like it’s your own – building out the brand, the team, and the success story. It’s perfect for a strong 2IC ready to step up or an experienced Branch Manager seeking something fresh and full of opportunity.

The Role

  • Lead branch operations, staff, and performance
  • Drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage customer relationships and retention strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients across the Gold Coast and Brisbane
  • Recruit and onboard future team members as the branch grows
  • Reconnect with past clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and work the trades desk when required
  • Maintain pricing discipline and supplier partnerships
  • Champion company culture and lead by example

The Benefits

  • $80,000 – $100,000 salary (up to $110,000 for the right person)
  • Located in Parkwood, Gold Coast 
  • Company car, laptop, mobile phone, fuel card & company credit card 
  • Commission & bonus structure to be introduced
  • Potential for international incentive trips
  • Structured onboarding and regular leadership support
  • Monday to Friday, 6am – 4pm (Saturday hours TBC)

About You

  • Branch Manager or high-performing 2IC ready to step up
  • Background in plumbing supplies
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Confident with pricing, margins, and profitability
  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
  • Experienced in managing customer relationships and team development
  • Knows key industry players
  • Commercially focused and motivated to grow a business
