About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a driven, hands-on Centre Manager to manage a standout portfolio of large format shopping centres directly for the landlord.

You will be a well-rounded centre manager that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations. You will be a team player and leader who is passionate about retail property, has the ability to think outside the square and wants to make a difference.

Duties:

• Financial Management including annual budget preparation and audits, tenant arrears, monthly accruals, accounts payable and monthly/quarterly reporting
• Obtain and review tenants’ monthly sales data and update MATs
• Oversee the facilities management of contractors on site, including working with reviewing contracts and tendering.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to attract new tenants and maximise occupancy rates
• Cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Minimum 3 – 5+ years experience as a centre manager
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management and Marketing
• Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
• High level of financial acumen
