About the Role
  
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Centre Manager or Retail Manager ready for the next step to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of three shopping centres in Townsville.
  
You’ll be a well-rounded professional with experience across all areas of shopping centre management.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting
• Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance
• Support leasing and business planning, identifying cost-saving and value-add opportunities
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational risks, whilst maintaining high presentation standards

Skills and experience required for this role

• Experience in shopping centre management
• Strong financial, leadership, and operational skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Community-minded with a collaborative approach
