As a Claims Manager with this growing insurance brokerage, you’ll manage a diverse B2B portfolio across car, home & contents, landlord, and travel insurance, covering both commercial and domestic claims. Reporting to the Director, this is a great opportunity to build your claims expertise with the option to progress into an Account Manager role within 6-12 months.
 
You’re proactive and people-focused, with experience in claims, insurance sales, or account management. You’ll receive full training and support in a close-knit team that values growth and development.

The Role

  • Lodging and managing new and existing B2B and domestic insurance claims
  • Handling claims for car, home & contents, landlord, and travel policies
  • Communicating with insurers, underwriters, and third parties
  • Maintaining and updating records via the Insight CRM system
  • Quoting and administrative support
  • Mainly an email and admin role
  • Managing approx. 100-200 open claims
  • Occasional customer contact, depending on experience and growth
  • Supporting the Director in managing a growing portfolio of clients

About You

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in insurance (claims, sales or account management)
  • Suited to someone with claims experience but not ideal  
  • Exposure to car, home & contents, landlord, and/or travel insurance
  • Understanding of commercial insurance providers (QBE, Suncorp, Allianz, Zurich)
  • Confidence communicating with business clients and managing B2B relationships
  • Strong admin skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • CRM experience (Insight desirable)
  • Eagerness to grow into an Account Manager position, but no worries if not
  • A love for dogs – they’re a daily fixture in the office!
