About the role:

Our client is a well-established name in the property industry, they are seeking a talented Digital savvy Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, support leasing outcomes, future growth and profitability of the centre

Working in the Centre Management team you will play a key role in boosting the centre’s sales and maintaining its strong brand identity within the wider community.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and implement the annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget.
• Create detailed campaign briefs, planners, and post-campaign analyses.
• Prepare and deliver marketing content for Quarterly Asset Reviews and client presentations.
• Identify key centre challenges and design strategic campaigns to address them.
• Manage digital media and advertising production aligned with the marketing plan.

  
The skills and experience required for this role: 

• Previous experience in a shopping centre environment or marketing across other industries
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing
• A creative mindset paired with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to build and nurture relationships within the centre and the wider community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
