About the role:

Iconic Recruit has been exclusively engaged to recruit a new digital savvy Marketing Manager for the Northern Territory’s newest shopping centre, Gateway Shopping Centre located in Darwin.

This standout shopping centre boasts 42,000GLA of retail with over 100 speciality stores, Woolworths, Big W and Darwin’s only V-Max Event Cinemas.
Collaborating closely with the Centre Management team and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining the centre’s strong brand identity within the community.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, prepare, and implement the annual marketing plan, calendar, and budget.
• Create detailed campaign briefs, planners, and post-campaign analyses.
• Prepare and deliver marketing content for Quarterly Asset Reviews and client presentations.
• Identify key centre challenges and design strategic campaigns to address the proactively
• Manage media and advertising production aligned with the marketing plan.

  
The skills and experience required for this role: 

• Previous experience in a shopping centre environment or marketing across other industries
• Proven ability to oversee marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• A creative mindset paired with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms
• Ability to build and nurture relationships within the centre and the wider community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
