As an Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and clients while keeping the day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This front-of-house role is perfect for someone polished, organised, and looking to grow into a broader business support or administration position.

Based in a stunning CBD office, you’ll be joining a high-performing team and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment. While this is a 6-month temp role to start, there’s strong potential for it to go permanent.

The Role

  • Manage front-of-house operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling general enquiries
  • Ensure the office space is tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams as needed
  • Assist with event and meeting coordination, including booking rooms, catering, and preparing materials
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and support daily operational needs

About You

  • Warm, professional, and confident managing front-of-house responsibilities
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, guest services, or office support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly communicator with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Event support or coordination experience is a bonus but not essential
