About the Roles:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be a key player in the Centre Management team, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and overall success of a boutique portfolio of shopping centres.

Duties:
You will take charge of all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S compliance, and both preventative and reactive maintenance. Additionally, you will support OPEX and CAPEX budget management, oversee small project delivery, assist with tenancy coordination, and provide comprehensive operational support to the team.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Facilities, Maintenance or Operations Manager in a shopping centre, or similar
  • The ability to communicate with others and work in a team environment is critical
  • Computer and financial reporting literacy
  • Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade
  • Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk
  • Outstanding Customer Experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise at a high level
  • A genuine enthusiasm for retail property and shopping centres
