About the role:

A unique opportunity exists for a Property Administrator to join the high-performing and dynamic shopping centre management team at this major centre based in Brisbane. With plenty of opportunities for growth, you will use your experience to support the management team for the success of the centre.

Duties:

  • Act as the daily contact for invoicing, payments, and tenant queries.
  • Support the Centre Manager with lease admin, insurance, and debtor management.
  • Drive debtor reductions and manage monthly invoices.
  • Calculate and report on lease events, CPI increases, and rent reviews.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, databases, and property documentation.
  • Provide admin support, communications, and reporting for the Property team.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, budgets, and process governance.
  • Manage daily retail property operations, maintenance, and contractor coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle lease compliance and support ongoing property upgrades and improvements.

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as either Administration Assistant/Manager or Property Administrator, ideally in a Centre Management Team or Property Company.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite Experience
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Can Do attitude with a positive approach to work.
