About the Role:
Our client, a reputable shopping centre landlord, is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day facilities oversite of the centre’s built environment, preserving and boosting the value of the shopping centre through effective management of various aspects including building services, infrastructure, ESG initiatives, compliance, and more.
This role is ideal for someone from a facilities, construction, or property background who is really for their next challenge in the property sector.
The successful candidate will lead the facilities team while working closely with contractors, consultants and the broader centre management team, bringing a keen eye for operational efficiency and technical maintenance that enhances the shopping centre experience making sure the built environment is compliant and well-maintained.
