Iconic Recruit are working with a respected property group to find a Retail Leasing Executive to join their established team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the retail experience across a mix of assets in Victoria—curating exciting tenant mixes, building strong relationships, and helping bring vibrant retail destinations to life. Duties:

• Managing lease negotiations for new tenancies and renewals with efficiency and attention to detail
• Delivering optimal tenancy mix to enhance centre performance and minimise vacancy rates
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing tenants and potential new retailers
• Strategically overseeing the leasing pipeline to achieve budgeted targets and commercial objectives
• Effectively engaging with a diverse tenant base, from independent “mum and dad” retailers to national brands

  
The skills and experience required for this role:

• Proven experience in retail leasing with a strong track record of securing and managing tenancies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Skilled in relationship management; able to build trust and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Results-driven and proactive, with a strong focus on achieving leasing targets and business outcomes.
