Iconic Recruit are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with key stakeholders across the business, particularly the high-performing leasing team. This full-time CBD-based role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the COO, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses, prioritisation, and follow-ups
  • Collate and prepare monthly and quarterly board reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Liaise closely with the Leasing Team to understand the leasing pipeline and support reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Support wider business operations as needed – this is a varied and hands-on role

Skills and experience required for this role

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within commercial or retail property
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a proactive approach and a strong sense of initiative
