As a Surveyor, you’ll be joining a well-respected consultancy delivering cadastral and land development surveys across South East Queensland. You’ll work across a range of residential, commercial, and subdivision projects – taking ownership of your work and producing accurate, compliant data to support development outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of solid cadastral experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a supportive team.
 
About the Role

• Conduct cadastral, identification, detail/contour, set-out, and construction surveys
• Work across residential, commercial, and subdivision projects
• Deliver accurate survey data to support development applications, titling, and construction
• Manage your own workload and be confident working independently in the field
• Liaise with planners, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

About You

• Minimum 3 years of cadastral surveying experience (required)
• Must be experienced in identification surveys, detail surveys, construction set-out, and subdivisions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple active projects
• Strong understanding of QLD surveying standards and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Full “C” class driver’s licence
