About the role:
 
An amazing opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager that has shopping centre experience. You will be based at a centre in Brisbane’s Bayside.

Duties:

• Oversee monthly financial forecasts and accrual-based accounting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and retail strategy plans
• Oversee lease audits, rent-up processes, the bank guarantee register, and other lease-related tasks as directed by the Centre Manager
• Manage accounts payable / receivable
• Accurately manage tenant recoverable charges and turnover rent calculations
• Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and retail plans
• Ensure sales data collection and reporting, and manage tenant arrears efficiently
• Maintain compliance with lease administration processes and stakeholder communication

Skills & experience:

• Prior experience working within centre management in a shopping centre environment
• High level of analytical skills
• Experience in financial forecasting and accrual accounting
• Understanding of the QLD Retail Leases Act or background in Lease compliance
• Software experience essential – proficient in Excel, MRI highly desirable
• Proven arrears management experience
