About the Role
  
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and upkeep of commercial assets, ensuring buildings and tenancies are maintained to the highest standard while meeting all compliance obligations.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and compliance schedules.
• Managing service providers, tenders, and contractor relationships.
• Assisting with budgets, quotes, and monthly reporting.
• Overseeing tenant relations and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Preparing and managing lease compliance, rent reviews, and tenancy-related documentation.

About You
  
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  
You will bring:  

• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of leases, contracts, building maintenance, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A collaborative team mindset with the ability to work autonomously when required.
