The Role

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored health insurance solutions
• Work with warm leads, ensuring customers receive the best advice and coverage
• Receive comprehensive training from industry specialists to set you up for success
• Enjoy a fully flexible work environment – work from home or the office
• Use company-provided equipment, including a laptop and headset

The Benefits

• Competitive salary package – $60K-$80K + super + uncapped commissions (depending on experience)
• 10% commission kicker for passing QA
• No pressure environment – even if you don’t pass QA, you’ll still receive commissions
