About the role:
  
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well-respected property group with a reputation for excellence. You’ll oversee a diverse retail and commercial portfolio, taking full responsibility for day-to-day management, tenant relationships, and asset performance.
  
You’ll be joining a company with a fantastic workplace culture, offering great support, flexibility, and modern systems to help you succeed. Working within a collaborative team environment, you’ll manage this portfolio alongside an Assistant Property Manager and support from the broader team.
  
Duties:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of retail and commercial assets, providing end-to-end property management
  • Prepare budgets, outgoings, and rental income forecasts
  • Oversee rent collection, arrears recovery, and financial reporting
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and liaise closely with the in-house leasing team
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  
Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in retail or commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of lease contracts, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Driver’s Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
