As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the face and voice of an exciting, fast-growing brand, assisting customers with inbound enquiries (and a few outbound follow-up calls) while keeping things friendly, professional, and fun. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers – helping them with questions, guiding them through solutions, and ensuring they always have a positive experience.
 
The Role

  • Manage inbound calls from customers with questions about parking issues or general advice
  • Make occasional outbound calls for check-ins, follow-ups, or after-sales care
  • Manage the shared customer service inbox, ensuring all emails are actioned promptly
  • Assist with admin tasks and after-sales documentation to support the wider team
  • Conduct check-in calls and provide ongoing customer support with confidence and professionalism

The Benefits

  • $55,000-$60,000 base + Super + quarterly bonuses roughly $2.5k
  • Fully on-site role in Spring Hill with free parking
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm – no weekends! Fortnightly pay

About you

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Confident, friendly, and comfortable on the phone – not afraid to call customers and have genuine conversations
  • Someone who takes their work seriously but not themselves too seriously – positive attitude and sense of humour are key!
  • Able to give clear directions and guide customers through solutions
  • Comfortable using modern CRM systems (like HubSpot) and open to learning new tools and tech
  • Contact centre experience is a bonus, but the right attitude, energy, and eagerness to learn are what matter most
