About the Role
  
Working directly for the landlord as Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of three vibrant retail centres in North Brisbane, ensuring a seamless experience for retailers, customers, and stakeholders alike.
  
Your focus will be on building strong retailer relationships, enhancing customer experience, financial management and driving the centre’s commercial success.
  
Key Responsibilities
  

• Deliver high-quality day-to-day management of the shopping centres
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders
• Oversee sales reporting, budget performance and forecasting
• Support leasing administration, rent reviews, and sales audits
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, activations, and community events
• Identify opportunities to improve income, reduce outgoings, and enhance asset value
• Ensure all operations comply with WHS and company policies

  
About You
  
You’re a motivated property professional who takes pride in delivering operational excellence. You may be an Assistant Centre Manager or Retail Manager looking to take the next step and grow into a broader role.
  
You’ll bring:
  

• Solid experience in shopping centre or retail property management
• Strong understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act
• Proven financial acumen and reporting ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
