About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the performance and strategic direction of a retail shopping centre asset.

You will take full accountability for the day-to-day and strategic management of the centre, with a clear focus on maximising net return and enhancing overall asset performance.

You will lead a high-performing centre team while building strong relationships with retailers, owners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and income optimisation
• Lead leasing strategy in collaboration with leasing teams to minimise vacancy and enhance tenant mix
• Analyse retailer performance and market trends to inform asset strategy
• Oversee centre operations, maintenance, and risk management to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Contribute to and execute centre marketing initiatives, including digital strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting aligned with owner expectations

About you

• Proven experience in shopping centre or retail property management
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to influence leasing outcomes and asset strategy
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Up-to-date knowledge of the retail market and relevant legislation
