About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to join a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team within a respected and dynamic property group. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in managing a portfolio of vibrant neighbourhood shopping centres.
  
This role would suit an experienced Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Centre Manager position or an existing Centre Manager looking to further develop their career with a business that truly invests in its people.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and financial reporting
• Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance
• Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders
• Manage the day-to-day operations of shopping centres, ensuring high standards in presentation, safety, and customer service 

Skills and experience required for this role

• Experience in shopping centre operations is essential, ideally as a Centre Manager or Retail Manager
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, rent reviews, and outgoings.
• NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Drivers Licence (as role includes travel to other centres)
