We’re partnering with a leading property group to recruit an exceptional Executive Support Manager to work alongside the CEO and Managing Director. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond diary management. you’ll be across business strategies, projects, governance, and communications, helping two senior leaders stay focused on what matters most.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide proactive operational support to the CEO & MD, ensuring meetings, priorities, and communications run seamlessly.
  • Manage complex diaries, travel, expenses, board papers, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate and attend executive and board meetings — preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Support delivery of the business plan by monitoring progress against objectives and providing regular reporting.
  • Draft executive-level correspondence, presentations, reports and investor communications.
  • Oversee governance activities, including board packs, committee meetings, risk documentation, and corporate registers.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal leaders and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow.

About You

They are looking for someone with:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in senior executive support, ideally within property or financial services.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
  • Strong experience managing board-level documentation, investor communications, and projects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with proficiency in Teams, CRMs, and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — polished, professional, and executive-ready.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with absolute discretion and professionalism.
