About the Role
Iconic Recruit are recruiting for a proactive and motivated Facilities Coordinator to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across Australia. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building and essential service management, with a strong focus on maintenance, compliance, capital works, and safety.
  
Based on-site in the Sydney CBD, you’ll enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule as part of a supportive and collaborative team within a dynamic property business. Occasional travel between sites will be required at key times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and management of essential services across the property portfolio, including mechanical, fire protection and safety systems.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and building regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and adherence to lease obligations and equipment lifecycle requirements.
  • Manage and deliver capital works projects.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Schedule and manage both preventative and reactive maintenance activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in facilities or operations management, ideally across a multi-site or property portfolio.
