The Role

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical ventilation systems
• Carry out work safely while maintaining a clean and compliant job site
• Read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and job requirements accurately
• Assist with quoting for repairs and maintenance when required
• Complete all paperwork and service documentation in a timely manner
• Represent the company professionally and uphold strong customer service standards

About You

• Trade-qualified HVAC & Refrigeration Mechanic with relevant licences (ARCTick, QBCC, Restricted Electrical, etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge across refrigeration, air conditioning, and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Able to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Professional, reliable, and committed to high industry standards
