About the role:

Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned hotel venues, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Create and manage engaging content across social media, websites, and digital channels to enhance brand presence
• Support the execution of rebranding and positioning projects across multiple venues
• Monitor and analyse customer sentiment, engaging with online communities and managing reviews
• Work closely with venue teams and external stakeholders to deliver targeted marketing initiatives

The skills and experience required for this role: 

• Previous marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, property, or a related sector
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail in brand communications
• Experience with advertising, SEO, SEM, and managing agency relationships
