About the role:
  
We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join a dynamic retail property team based on site. This exciting role will see you deliver innovative campaigns, digital strategies and community engagement initiatives across a portfolio of shopping centres. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in enhancing customer experience, supporting tenant success, and driving visitation and sales outcomes.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and delivery of annual centre business and marketing plans.
• Plan, coordinate and execute engaging retail marketing campaigns and in-centre activations.
• Manage social media platforms and websites.
• Identify PR opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen community connections.
• Collaborate with tenants to support their business success through tailored marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance, analyse traffic and sales data, and report on ROI for campaigns.
• Manage budgets, advertising collateral, creative assets, and marketing expenses effectively.

Skills and experience required for this role:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, shopping centres, or property.
• A proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong experience on digital and social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creativity and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
