About the role:
  
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead the delivery of engaging, insight-led marketing campaigns across a portfolio of retail centres. Working closely with centre teams and the national marketing function, you will drive brand awareness, customer traffic and sales performance while building strong tenant and community relationships.
  
This role offers a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will also lead, mentor and develop your direct reports, supporting their growth while driving strong marketing outcomes.
  
Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver annual marketing plans, campaigns and budgets
  • Curate and oversee digital, social media and in-centre marketing initiatives
  • Drive tenant engagement, satisfaction and retention outcomes
  • Manage PR, community partnerships and promotional activations
  • Oversee creative development, suppliers and end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Track performance, ROI, traffic and turnover results
  • Manage marketing budgets, P&L reviews and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
  • Lead, mentor and support your direct reports

  
Skills and experience required for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in shopping centre or retail property marketing
  • Proven ability to develop and implement digital and social media marketing campaigns
  • Experience planning, delivering and managing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth
  • Strong budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective, collaborative relationships
