About the role:
The Operations Manager will play an important role within the Centre Management team by managing the overall operations, maintenance, and smooth running of a small portfolio of shopping centres.
Duties:
You will oversee all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance, as well as providing support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management. You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination, and provide overall operational support to the team.
